Chestnut Osteopathic Practice was established in 1998 by Rukmani Day, and is located just off the A422 in Middleton Cheney, which is conveniently located for Banbury, Brackley, Bicester, and the surrounding villages. Our Approach We are a professional yet friendly and caring practice with the aim of getting patients better fast. Our aim is not only to improve your symptoms, but also to improve your understanding of the problem. This will help you understand it, manage it, and help prevent its recurrence, thus improving your quality of life. Who we treat The practice caters for all ages from newborn babies through to the elderly. We welcome patients directly, on recommendation, through GP referral and as the Practice is registered with all major private healthcare providers (e.g. BUPA, AXA), we can accept private patients too. What we treat Although it is often thought that osteopaths treat mainly the spine and low back pain, we do infact treat the entire body. Other areas we can help include: joint pain (shoulder, hip, knee etc.), trapped nerves, disc injuries, headaches, neck pain, muscular strains, sports injuries and pregnancy related problems. The Practice also has a specialist baby clinic offering cranio-sacral therapy (Cranial osteopathy) which is a very gentle technique particularly suited to them. The Practitioners There are both male and female practioners at the practice to choose from, who are all registered with the General Osteopathic Council and are experts in their particular field. We also offer both early morning and evening appointments to suit todays work demands. At Chestnut Osteopathic Practice we aim to provide you with the type of care that helps you in both the short and long term. We hope that you remain symptom free, improve your quality of life and see us only on an occasional basis if at all!! |
